Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

RETURNS

All sales are final.
Because our products are made in small batches and/or fulfilled on demand through Tapstitch, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll replace it at no additional cost.

Sizing Issues
Please check our size charts carefully before placing your order. We do not accept returns for sizing errors unless the item differs significantly from the product description.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to request a cancellation within the first few hours of ordering, email us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.
