When will my order ship?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before production begins. Email us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final since items are produced on demand. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
What if my item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace it at no cost.
Do you accept returns for sizing issues?
Please double-check our size charts before checkout. We cannot offer returns or exchanges for sizing mistakes unless the item differs from the description.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Can I update my shipping address?
If your order has not entered production, we can update the address. Contact us immediately with the correct info.
